As I’m looking at shooting for real estate and need low light performance since the ac7ii crops in 4k60 which is how I shoot real estate for slow mo, would that have the same low light performance as a apc crop sensor camera? Say the fx30 in 4k60 which doesn’t crop in ontop of its apc sensor. Sorry if that doesn’t make sense 😅

Nice video man. I’ve been subbed to you since that 70-200 mk1 video you mentioned. I love to see how your channel has grown. I picked up the 70-200 GM II on launch day for pairing with an A7Riv. I initially planned on shooting more portraits with it, but I actually ended up shooting mostly high end cars with it. If the current Sigma 70-200 had been out at the time, I would’ve scooped that up and saved $ because I’m happily running only Sigma Art series and Sony GM lenses. From what I’ve seen, I would’ve been happy to have the Sigma, but I’m very glad I plunked down the change for the G Money!💰

I will never buy a Zhiyun again - it loses its value way way too fast as they release gimbals with very minor incremental updates. I've had 4 of them before I learnt my lesson. DJI now all the way!

How big are the biggest files you got from the X4? i would like to run it with a powered selfiestick for up to 4 hours roadtrip with the gps data in 1 file instead of many 30min, like on my X3. Tnx.

Well I m use in viltrox 550 pro monitor so I m trying do I use a d tape type c cable but it have two inputs witch the other one is 5v in cable type c can I still use both inputs far as running the power battery with a vmouth set up I have the canon r10 it is type c to type c to change the camera all day with a vmouth but I got the d tap cable too just kinda confused on what all cables I need I don’t wanna older the wrong ones

I just bought these. Very sharp and not much character - honestly no better than any of the Sony G-masters / Primes I have (photo lenses). My opinion is if people already have those, there's no need for these. Keep your autofocus and save your money for some Cooke Sp3's.

Hey there, I recently acquired the ZVE1 for my work and daily photography needs. However, after using it for about six months, I've started to miss having an EVF especially for outdoor events like weddings and other shoots. I find it particularly useful for both photo and video work outdoors. I'm thinking of upgrading to either the A74 or the A7CII. Could you advise on whether it's worth upgrading to one of these models, and which one you would recommend more? p/s: Please don't suggest using an extra monitor; I want to keep things compact! 😄🤣😂

Hi, did you notice any focus jump/focus pulsating when you close up to the subject with autofocus on with this lens (PZ 16-35mm F4 G)? Mine seems to have the issue when I use gimbal to go in closer to the subject's face, it seems to have that zoom pump, but it is actually the focus going error for a very fast milliseconds (or looks like focusing the back of the subject in mine), and then slowly focus back to the subject, and it is quite frequent. Or sometimes it would just make that whole scene to have the shaking stutter effect for a millisecond, I had even set the focus shift sensitivity to the lowest, and it still does the same thing. For the body I'm currently using A7S3. Sure, low light can be improved but still love this camera. It's the most versatile use immersive and creative interviews n vlogging for my Society x Culture News channel for my 800k followers social media. I love the overall image quality for third-person perspective, like an establishing shot. use it in what i call the utimate vlogging combo. The X4 (B-CAM third person shots) n Osmo pocket 3 [MAIN CAM) . Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses is a plus for POV..I use two DJI Transmitters (TX) with my Osmo pocket 3 had already bought one to use with my insta360 X3 (now using X4).

I like the idea of a 360 camera but I just don’t know if it would sit and collect dust other than me using it for real estate. Great breakdown as alway!

I think of my X3 sometimes as a camera which can appear to be several cameras at once, by reframing without panning later (which seems to be an underused technique). Also it is a camera which allows me to enjoy the moment on family or tourist occasions without having to have my eye glued to a viewfinder. Just wave it in the air, or put it on a tripod in the middle of the action, and sort it out later. When it comes to workflow it's worth pointing out that the Studio version 5 PC app now allows reframing etc and editing together multiple clips in one pass, for those who don't want to use a second editor for that (and who think like I do that one-pass editing is at least in theory better than two passes). Finally, I almost cried when I heard the bonk of the lens of your X4 hitting the table - followed shortly after by a shot where the lens looked a bit dirty or scratched... I never put my X3 down unless onto a soft surface. Will I get the X4? I'm sorely tempted but I keep buying / upgrading cameras but then not actually using them... Anyway, great video, thanks for posting.

Am thinking of adding a 5th camera angle using 360. Currently using 3cam interview set up with dji pocket for wide coverage. Planning to take advantage of the circular earth effect as a creative shot. My only concern is if it would take away from storytelling, and recording over 20mins video be pain in the transcoding. Curious on your thoughts on this matter. And does the earth look work well on indoors?

It can't be the "most unique" lens you own ... because if it truly IS unique, then there can be no relative amount (ie. "most"), of unique-ness. It's either 100% unique - or it's NOT unique. 🤣

What's your experience been with 360 cameras & footage? Thoughts on the X4's image quality? 💭

It still sucks at telling the difference between freckles and blemishes and most of my manual work involves me image by image undoing the removal of freckles... Why does ai software like evoto and retouchforme suck so hard at telling the difference between a freckle and a blemish when we humans can tell the difference just fine. It's been years and ai still can't tell the difference. I would give them my money for the time it would save for blemish removal if I did not have to do it manually image by image. Get this sorted evoto, it's the first and most important step of retouching. After that you might want to look at making dodge and burn better able to detect unwanted dark areas because I often have to open images in Photoshop to do some manual dodge and burning. The freckles is pretty much every image so you need to fix that first. Dodge and burning depends on the person and the lighting if I need to do manual stuff.

I don't understand why everyone have problems with overheating 🤔 mine have no problem at all. For me the best way is to shoot in hd. Is oversampled by 4k is fantastic and you can shoot for literally 3 hours

This camera takes 24mp pictures twice as fast as my phone can display.😂
